PT. Red Push Digital Marketing LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Redpush Digital Marketing platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website and application.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email address, company name, and account credentials), information generated through your use of the platform (such as dashboard preferences, CRM lead records you enter, and billing selections), and technical data (such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage logs).
When you connect third-party marketing accounts, we receive authorization tokens and account identifiers necessary to display campaign metrics you authorize. We do not store passwords for connected platforms.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the platform and reporting features
- Authenticate users and enforce account security
- Sync and display advertising performance data you authorize
- Process subscriptions or billing where applicable
- Respond to support requests and communicate service updates

3. Marketing and advertising data
If you connect marketing accounts, we access performance data only for the accounts you select and only to provide features visible in the product (such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, campaign status, and related reporting).
Connected platform data is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features in Redpush Digital Marketing. We do not sell your personal information or connected account data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes unrelated to your own campaigns.
You may disconnect integrations at any time from Settings; we will revoke stored authorization tokens associated with that connection subject to our retention policy below.
5. Data retention
We retain account and integration data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.
6. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage of credentials and tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect your login credentials.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.
8. International transfers
Our services may be operated from Indonesia and other jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
